Doubtful that I will be waiting for Christmas for New Super Mario Bros Wii, I’ll probably be picking that up ASAP.

Agreed on New SMB. That will be a Day 1 purchase. Looks very awesome and I’ve actually been playing a lot of Super Mario World recently to get in the mood.
But Galaxy 2 doesn’t have a release date yet, despite what Amazon says. So far they’ve only said it would be “sometime” in 2010.
Yeah, I thought the same thing… you can buy it now anyways.. ?
Well, it’s a pre-order, so even if you pay now, you wouldn’t get it until it’s actually released.
I totally heard about this so I checked on Futureshop:

and it said it was being released 2010. WHATTTT
That made me sad.
And FutureShop (just like Amazon about SMG2) is incorrect. The official Nintendo site lists New Super Mario Bros for Nov. 15, so that’s about as certain as it gets.
